As one of the pioneers of the 2-step/garage movement in the Netherlands, and with recent releases on labels such as Time Is Now, ec2a, Breaks ‘N’ Pieces and South London Pressings, DJ CRISPS has been pushing the boundaries of the genre we love so much. With a sound characterized by a blending of old school and nu school elements, with nods to darker 2-step and weighty 4x4 rhythms, all the while maintaining smoothness and versatility, DJ CRISPS has stayed relevant and on the forefront of the garage scene in the UK and rest of Europe for over two decades. To say we’re gassed to bring him to Stockholm for the very first time is the understatement of the year. You best believe it when we say this one’s gonna get MESSY.
